Student Help Desk
The student help desk has been launched for ticketing all IT problems. Below is the link to the help desk and five tutorials taking you through the process of lodging tickets, downloading programs, using the knowledge base for self help, and using online functionality.
To log into the help desk, please visit http://helpdesk.touraust.com and register using your Student Email address. NB: Please Note that it may take up to 3 hours (During Normal Business Hours) for your registered user to be attached to the Students department of supportsuite where you will have access to the knowledge base and downloads. Ticket submissions will be available once registered. |
