GRADUATION INFORMATION

Macquarie University Ceremony
Registration/Arrival time: 8.30am
All students Seated:  9.30am
Ceremony:  10.00am to 11.30am
Cocktail Reception:  11.30am to 1.00pm
Graduation Cruise:  5.30pm to 9.30pm

All Graduands must arrive at ICMS at the prescribed arrival time, or entrance to the ceremony will not be permitted.

Guests - MQ graduands can register a maximum of 3 guests.  Diploma/Associate Degree graduands can register a maximum of 2 guests.

MACQUARIE GRADUATION 2008

Bachelor/Graduands are required to register on-line and with MQ as well when they receive their "Graduation Package" which will be sent to the last known address you have provided to the Registrar's office.

You must RSVP directly to MQ when you receive the information package.  If you do not receive your information package, you are required to contact the MQ Graduation Department.

For students who are completing their award in August 2008, you will be sent your information package after the release of the results (after September 10th 2008). 

Master graduands will be recognised at the ICMS ceremony and will be required to register on-line.

DRESS

Diploma/Associate Degree graduands are required to wear their national costume or business attire.

Bachelor/Master graduands are required to wear academic dress.

The colour which Bachelor graduands will be wearing is Division of Economics and Financial Studies. 

GRADUATION CRUISE

Join the 2008 post-graduation celebration aboard a Sydney Harbour Cruise. Your family and friends are also welcome.

Tickets are $125 per person and include:

• Transport to and from the cruise wharf
• 4 hour Sydney Harbour Cruise
• Buffet dinner
• Beer, wine and soft drinks for the duration of the cruise
• Entertainment (DJ)
